Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between you and the people who operate AI Clothing Changer at ai-clothing-changer.com ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site you accept them, along with our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the service does

You upload a photo of a person, choose an outfit, garment, color or accessory (or, on some tools, add a photo of the clothing itself), and an AI model produces a new image of that person wearing it. The picture is generated by a machine, not a stylist: the fit, fabric, colors, face or body may differ from what you expect, and details such as hands, logos or patterns can come out wrong. Check the result before you rely on it, for example before buying clothes based on it.

Free use

Anyone can make one image for free without creating an account. The free allowance is per person, not per browser: we count it by network and device, and using extra devices, browsers, VPNs or scripts to get more is not permitted. We may change or suspend the free allowance at any time.

Photos you upload

• Upload only photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission to change their clothing.
• No photos of anyone under 18.
• No nudity, sexual content, violence, hate, or anything illegal where you or we are located.

You keep all rights to your photos. You let us store them, process them and send them to our AI providers only to make the images you request, until they are deleted as set out in the Privacy Policy. If you upload a photo of clothing that belongs to a brand or another person, you are responsible for having the right to use it.

Clothing changes only, never undressing

The tools exist to put people into different clothes, not to take clothes off. You must not try to make anyone appear nude, partly undressed, in see-through or revealing garments they did not choose, or in a sexual way. We screen typed descriptions for this kind of request and refuse the ones we catch, and the outfits we offer are always fully clothed. Trying to get around these limits breaks these terms and may lead to your access being blocked.

The images you create

From our side, the images belong to you: use them for personal or commercial purposes, as long as it is lawful. We claim no ownership. Keep in mind that in some countries images made entirely by AI may not be eligible for copyright, and someone else may get a similar result from a similar request.

Do not use the images to impersonate someone, to create fake identity documents, to mislead people about what someone wore or did, or to harass or embarrass anyone.

What you must not do

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights while using the site.
• Get around the free allowance, rate limits or content filters.
• Scrape, overload or probe the site for weaknesses, or try to access data that isn't yours.
• Resell the service or build a product on top of it without our written permission.

Our content

The design, text, logo and example images on the site belong to us. Please don't copy them without our permission.

Changes, suspension and termination

We may change, pause or discontinue any part of the site. If you break these terms, we may block your access without notice.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will always be online, that it will be free of errors, or that any result will be suitable for your purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or missed opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Nothing here takes away rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

Updates to these terms

When we change these terms, the date at the top of this page changes too. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the updated terms.
